Changes to Constitution for Consideration in Three sections for consideration at the 2023 AGM which were passed. This now needs to be accepted and registered by the NSW Dept of Fair Trading.

AGM MOTIONS Passed 12 December 2023 at AGM and ratified/confirmed 10 December 2024
That the proposed amendments to Nepean Division of General Practice Inc. Constitution as promulgated on the NGPN website be agreed and accepted.
For clarification, the Amendment includes:
1. PART 1 an additional Object at Clause 2 (i) of
To promote Health Literacy and Healthy lifestyle within the Community through a Consumer Advisory Committee. This Committee will have a Wellness, Preventive, and coordinated model of care perspective.;
2. PART 2 Widening of Membership qualifications as well as service boundaries:
3. PART 3 Board Structure and Terms of office: and
4. PART 4 & 5 Procedural amendments compiling with the NSW Association Act 2016 and Regulations 2016 in particular in relation to the use and benefits of Electronic media.
